Weightlifting
Every 2 Minutes for 5 Sets
2 Low Hang Squat Snatches
Rest 2 Minutes
Every 2 Minutes for 5 Rounds
1 Full Snatch
Begin at 65% of Max & Increase Over the Course of the 10 Total Rounds

Conditioning
8 Rounds
3 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Shoulder-to-Overhead (135/95)
9 Toes-to-Bar
Rest 1 Minute Between Rounds

Strength
Pause Front Squat
Work up to a heavy triple
Pause 2-seconds at the bottom of the squat. Each set, including warm-ups, should be for triples. Do not bounce out of the squat.
