Top CrossFit Games athlete Alec Smith recently came out, using instagram to record and publish his message.
This amazing athlete has competed as both an individual and as part of CrossFit Krypton. He is former CrossFit Games winner Ben Smith’s younger brother, and has stepped out from under the shadow to establish himself as an excellent athlete in his own right.
Alec talked through the difficulties he had in deciding how to do this, and we have nothing but the utmost respect for his as an athlete and as an individual in making this courageous move.
