Work up to a heavy 2-rep max pause back squat
Begin @ 55% of Back Squat and Increase Over the Course of 8-10 Rounds Until You’ve Reached a Max For the Day.
2 second Pause at the bottom of each squat

11 Minute EMOM
Minutes 0-2: 100 Meter Sprint
Minutes 2-3: Rest
Minutes 3-6: 75 Meter Sprint
Minutes 6-7: Rest
Minutes 7-11: 50 Meter Sprint
