Three-time CrossFit Games veteran and avowing hillbilly Emily Abbott finished 2nd in the 2016 West Regionals and won the 2015 and 2016 Canada West Open.
BRENT FIKOWSKI
It took him 4 Regionals to finally make it to the Games last year which he finished on an incredible 4th place only 2 points away from his “particular friend” Patrick Vellner.
SAMUEL KWANT
With only 21years Samuel Kwant is on his 4th Regionals this year. 4th last year he took a 16th place finish in his rookie Games appearance.
COLE SAGER
The former collegiate football player at the University of Washington is a three-time individual CrossFit Games veteran. You may remember him from the goosebump Open 17.3.
REGAN HUCKABY
It will be the 5th in a row Regionals for the 30 year old. 2014 and 15 she made it to the Games and this year the mom of 2 will attack again.
Ben Stoneberg
Ben “Stone-cold” Stoneberg is a five-time CrossFit Games athlete known for his stoic calm, rarely showing discomfort and sometimes training in silence.
