Last year Kara Webb won the spirit of the Games award in the USA. She is a phenomenal athlete that consistently puts in world class performances in The Open, Regionals and The CrossFit Games. In the last 5 years at the Pacific Regionals she has won 4 times! She finished 3rd and 2nd worldwide in The Open in the last 2 years.
