- HANG SNATCH are done from the level below the knees and before power position.
- When lowering a large weight down, angles are worked out well, because with an incorrect slow movement downwards, the athlete simply physically loses balance.
- It is important to monitor the position of the trunk, load your feet and remember that your hands should be relaxed.
