Conditioning
Every 4 Minutes For As Long As Possible
3 Rounds Of:
15 Thrusters (100/65)
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
If 3 rounds are completed within the 4 minute window, continue for another 4 minutes. Continue adding 4 minute intervals as long as 3 rounds are completed within the 4 minute cap.

Strength Conditioning
Every 3 Minutes For 15 Minutes
3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
2 Push Jerks
6 Bar Facing Over-the-Bar Burpees
*Bar Weight: 70% of Max Clean & Jerk
