@ 50-60% of You Max Back Squat

Strength Conditioning
Bench Press
5 Sets*
Work Up To A 3-rep Max
Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets
*Not Including Warm-up Sets

Rest 2 Minutes Then:
40-30-20-10
Push-ups
Alternating Seated Dumbbell Press*
Rest 1 Minute Between Sets
*As heavy as possible. You may increase weight each round.

Conditioning
21-15-9
Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35)
400 Meter Run After Each Round

Conditioning
2 Rounds
30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
20 Snatches (75/55)
