10 Over-the-Bar Burpees
12 Minute Time Cap

Strength
Front Squat
4 Sets of 5 Reps
@ 80% of Max

Push Press
4 Sets of 4 Reps
As Heavy As Possible w/ Good Form

Dumbbell Front Raise + Side Raise Superset
4 Sets of 10 + 10
As Heavy As Possible w/ Good Form
