Start @ 70% & increase to max 85%
Gymnastics
Every 3 Minutes For 15 Minutes:
Round 1: 60 Pull-ups
Round 2: 20 Alternating Pistols
Round 3: 40 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
Round 4: 20 Alternating Pistols
Round 5: 20 Bar Muscle-ups
Conditioning
For 25 Minutes Move Through:
10 Squat Snatches @ 70% of Max Snatch From Part 1
20 Strict Handstand Push-ups
30 Toes-to-Bar
600 Meter Run
