The workout is a ladder of squat snatches and chest to bar pull ups.

  • 95/65 lb squat snatches x 18
  • 18 chest to bar pull ups

In 3 rounds of 6 chest to bar pull ups and 6 squat snatches then:

  • 135/95 lb squat snatches x 15
  • 21 c2b

In 3 rounds of 7 chest to bar pull ups and 5 squat snatches

*must be completed in 8 mins*


  • 185/135 lb squat snatches x 12
  • 24 c2b

In 3 rounds of 8 chest to bar and 4 squat snatches

*must be completed in under 12 minutes*


  • 225/155 lb squat snatches x 9
  • 27 c2b

In 3 rounds of 9 chest to bar pull ups and 3 squat snatches

*must be completed in under 16 minutes*


  • 245/175 lb squat snatches x 6              
  • 30 c2b

In 3 rounds of 10 chest to bar pull ups and 2 squat snatches

*must be completed in under 20 minutes*


  • 265/185 lb squat snatches x 3
  • 33 c2b

In 3 rounds of 11 chest to bar pull ups and 1 squat snatch

*must be completed in under 24 minutes
