CROSSFIT NEWS – Annie Thorisdottir wins Event 3 and Sets New Record!

Annie Thorisdottir puts in a strong performance to claim first place in this tough event involving wall ball, rope climbs, overhead lunges and double unders.

Sam Briggs took second place and Kristin Holte finished in third.
