“So pumped about how well this one went. Broke all the reps in half as planned, but was able to speed up the transitions and slide in for another event win way faster than my training time.” Brent Fikowski.

Day 2 / Event 3 recap Felt real good to knock that one out of the park! Definitely one of my most memorable moments competing at Regionals over the last five years. Went out hot, held on, and soaked in the energy from the crowd on the last set of lunges. What a rush!! Wasn’t hunting an event record, but that’s a nice feather to stick in my cap.
