CROSSFIT NEWS – Sara Sigmundsdottir Wins Event 2 at CrossFit South Regional!

“My plan was to go fast. Don’t think, just do.” And that’s exactly what @sarasigmunds did. Not only did she win Event 2, she beat @camillelbaz’s Event Record by two-tenths of a second.
