The good news is she was ok. The better news is in CrossFit you don't get scored on the dismount. • My bff @karipearcecrossfit had an amazing week finishing 5th overall. She also put together a score on "Mary" that I didn't think was physically or mathematically possible. I'm never really surprised at what she can do out there but I'm always impressed. Chalk is life! I loved this exchange from Mat and Scott. Cracked me up. I've had the privilege of knowing @scottpanchik since his first trip to the Games back when I was handwriting memes and mailing them to him. This guy gives every effort in competition but what the average fan doesn't see is Scott running a gym, coaching classes, spending time with friends and family and generally being one of the kindest and honest men I know.
