In just two days, the first sanctioned event for the 2019 CrossFit Games season kicks off in the United Arab Emirates. Thirty-seven individual men and women, as well as 10 teams, will compete at the Dubai CrossFit Championship for a chance to go to the CrossFit Games – not to mention the $616,000 in cash prizes.
With not all WODs announced yet, you’re probably looking to catch some of the live action. Here in the States, get your coffee ready: It’ll be a long night.
