We’re officially more than half way done with the 2018 CrossFit Open. So far, we’ve seen a ‘first’ in three consecutive workouts: A new Open movement in 18.1 (the dumbbell clean and jerk), a new Open movement in 18.2 (the dumbbell squat), and for the first time in the Open, both ring and bar muscle-ups used in the same year. For 18.4, we’re predicting this trend will continue.
