Noah Ohlsen normally performs exceptionally well in the CrossFit Open. Last year, 2017, he finished in second place in the world. In 2016 he won the Open.
Noah is a 26 year old American. He has been doing CrossFit since 2010 and made it to the Regionals for the first time 2012, and every year since then as well. He has also competed at the CrossFit Games four times and finished in 8th place twice. His goal is, of course, to win the CrossFit Games and become the fittest on earth.
Noah is very goal oriented and when he sets his mind on something then there is not much that can stop him. His determination and dedication are huge factors that have contributed to his success as a top flight athlete, and gotten him to The Games these last four times.
He is now training and coaching at Peak 360 in Miami. Living with his girlfriend and dog.

You can see in these two episodes from his youtube channel how Noah Ohlsen prepares for the CrossFit Open 16.5 workout, his fears and thoughts. In 2016 Noah won the CrossFit Open and went on to become the second fittest in his Regional. He finished in 15th place at the CrossFit Games.
